Jaantje Anna van Hout is an illustrator and artist who’s very interested in people and
loves to draw them. She likes to illustrate interactions between people, with simple,
big forms and a lot of colour! She finds it always an honour to see how these
illustrations turn into: magazine covers, murals, posters, postcards, games and she
would love to explore more!

Her own projects always start with a conversation with someone she has never
spoken to before. She learns a lot from all the new people that she meets and
collects their stories through her art. With those projects she wants to encourage
herself and others to make more contact with new people.
